Synopsis

Five childhood friends in the late 1990s – Jana, Marija, Mladen, Danilo and Bubi, scattered across former Yugoslavia, but they try to maintain their friendship despite being miles apart. Jana and Marija are from Kotor and work at a bakery, fantasising about a better life. Mladen works at an IT company, and Danilo is a student who occasionally performs as a DJ. They both live in Belgrade and are roommates. Buba lives in Novi Sad and is in a romantic crisis. All of them oppose the patriarchal heritage, ignoring the consequences of war and the poor economy. One year, their carefree, escapist youth suddenly comes to an end.
