Synopsis
Erik, whose nickname is Beanie, lives in the Children’s Home. His only wish is to be able to go home to his parents for Christmas, but he embarks an incredible adventure with a little girl Lučka. In the middle of Christmas Eve, Erik and Lučka think they have met Santa Claus in the living room, but it is actually a masked thief. Full of hope, the children hide in his car and then an incredible adventure begins for them.
About the director
Slobodan Maksimović (Sarajevo, 1975), graduated in film directing from AGRFT (Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television) in Ljubljana. His short films 1/2 and Agape from 2007 have been screened at more than 30 international film festivals, and have won 14 international awards. He is the director of feature films Thanks for Sunderland (2012) and Nika (2016).Screening
